Our technicians are trained at the manufacturers’ own facilities and return for refresher training as the technology moves, so the support you get locally holds to the same standard as the factory behind the equipment. We also hold accessories and spare parts for equipment already in use across Botswana, which means faster repairs and less time working around a machine that’s down.

Alongside repairs and maintenance, we train the people who use the equipment every day — clinical staff on safe operation, and in-house biomedical teams on first-line troubleshooting and preventive care.
